As a BHP at our Early Learning Center, you’ll guide children ages 6 weeks to 5 years with behavioral and/or cognitive health needs, helping create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. This role helps bridge the gap between home and early learning, providing a lasting impact on their critical years of development. If you’re ready to help little learners thrive, apply today!

What You’ll Do:

• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Support their families through open communication and parent skill training
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where all children can thrive

Work in a collaborative, supportive team environment of educators and clinicians

Perks of this role:

• $20.00-$22.50/hour (approximately $41,600 -$46,800/year)
• $750 Stay on bonus
• Weekday school-based position, year round

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Ed Tech III eligibility
